All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided. Carefully verify your order before making your purchase so you can avoid any errors.

Shipping Responsibility
We are not liable for loss or damage while in transit. Once the package is shipped out of our store, it is in the hands of the postal service.

  • To Our Customers: Orders ship within the Canada from Vancouver, Canada.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The majority of packages are delivered within 3 to 7 days of a tracking number being issued. Delivery times might vary based on the postal carrier.

 
For Delays or Issues
In case there are delays or issues once the package is shipped out of our store, customers have to reach out to their local post office.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, you need a postal claim number, and this claim must be filed before a replacement shipment. If a package says “Delivered” but is not, a claim must be filed with the postal service. Please note that replacement shipments can use signature confirmation or can ship to a new address to provide additional security.
