  • All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges on orders with tracking numbers.

  • Refund Exceptions: Refunds are given for unopened and untampered packages sent back to the sender. Refunds in these instances are limited to the shipping fee alone; other charges are non-refundable.

Items are sent out from Vancouver, Canada, and typically take 3 to 7 days from date of shipment to arrive.

Packages may be tracked with delivery partners tracking. Both domestic and international orders are eligible for this service.

    Important: Money orders cannot have “Rocket Mushroom Shop” or “Mushroom.” Orders with these notes will be returned, and new payment information will be needed.

Coupon and Credit Rules
  • Coupons can’t be used in conjunction with other sales or promotions.
  • To redeem seed credits or coupons from a prior order:
    • Place a new order with cash as the method of payment.
    • Call customer service to have the credits or coupons applied to the new order.

  • Delivery Times: Packages usually arrive in 3 to 7 days after a tracking number is sent. Delivery times can vary depending on the postal carrier.
