Can I exchange or get a refund?
- All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges on orders with tracking numbers.
- Replacement Products: In the event of eligibility, replacement products will be from another batch of the same strain.
- Order Updates: Modifications can be done only when a tracking number has not yet been allocated.
- Refund Exceptions: Refunds are given for unopened and untampered packages sent back to the sender. Refunds in these instances are limited to the shipping fee alone; other charges are non-refundable.
Where does my order ship from?
Items are sent out from Vancouver, Canada, and typically take 3 to 7 days from date of shipment to arrive.
How do I track my package?
Packages may be tracked with delivery partners tracking. Both domestic and international orders are eligible for this service.
